Job Description
RapidRatings is seeking a Business Analyst to translate product requirements into actionable delivery, working at the intersection of product and engineering. The role requires collaboration with product managers, engineers, QA, designers, and operations to ensure shared understanding of requirements and delivery quality.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in a Business Analyst or Product Owner role within an agile software development environment
- Proven experience bridging the BA-to-PO function
- Strong requirements documentation skills - user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and edge case analysis
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, delivery-focused environment with competing priorities
- Analytical mindset
- Clear, precise communicator across technical and non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS products; fintech or data-intensive platforms a plus
- Experience with agile tooling - Jira, Confluence, or equivalent
