Senior Product Designer

RapidSOS is seeking a Senior Product Designer to help build, scale, and evolve its life-saving technology. The role involves leading end-to-end design for platform-level experiences, designing AI-first experiences, and creating high-quality design specifications.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience working on complex digital products or platforms
• Experience designing cross-product or platform-level systems
• Strong systems thinking and the ability to design for multiple users, workflows, and contexts
• Demonstrated experience designing AI- or ML-enabled products
• Experience with or strong interest in GIS, cartography, mapping, or geospatial visualization
• Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
• Experience planning and conducting user research and translating insights into product strategy
• Ability to work independently and drive design work forward in collaboration with partners
• Strong communication skills and comfort influencing cross-functional stakeholders
