Solutions Architect - West

RapidSOS is looking for a Solutions Architect to contribute to building life-saving technology that protects 150M+ lives annually. The role involves leading technical sales conversations, presenting demos, and guiding clients on how to use RapidSOS's APIs and products.

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of relevant experience in an engineering role with at least 2+ of those years in a technical customer-facing role
• Pre-sales experience selling complex API-based products or SaaS products including technical discovery, presenting demos, etc.
• Familiarity with a cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP, Azure) in a SaaS environment
