RAPP Chicago is seeking a Director, Program Management to join their award-winning Program Management team. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of project management experience in personalized CRM campaign management and digital platform development.

Requirements

• 8+ years of related project management experience
• Deep knowledge of web technologies and enterprise software
• Understanding of system and platform technical resourcing
• Evidence of working with project management methodologies and tools
• Skilled and experienced in building strong working relationships
• Excellent communication and presentations skills
• Excellent risk management and negotiation skills
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to mentor PM talent
• Commercially minded and able to identify business and growth opportunities
• Scrum certification (CSM) a plus
