Clinical Trial Manager or Associate Clinical Trial Manager

Rapport is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager or Associate Clinical Trial Manager to join their team in Boston, MA. The successful candidate will work with Clinical Operations Leads to manage global phase 3 clinical trials from start to close, and will be responsible for supporting study-related documents, overseeing CRO and vendors, and maintaining trial documentation. The role requires a strong understanding of GCP and ICH guidelines, as well as experience with clinical trial management systems. Rapport offers a competitive salary range of $115,000-$160,000, unlimited PTO, a lifestyle spending account, and more.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a life sciences or healthcare-related field
• 5+ years of clinical operations experience in the biotech or pharma industry
• Experience managing outsourced global clinical trials across Phase I-III
• Solid understanding of GCP, ICH guidelines, and the clinical development process
• Experience with clinical trial management systems, eTMF, and other operational tools
