Senior Test Automation Engineer

Rapsodo is a sports technology company that designs computer vision and machine learning products to help athletes maximize their performance. We're looking for a Senior Test Automation Engineer to join our team in Izmir, Turkey.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable end-to-end automated test frameworks
• Own and evolve the test automation architecture, strategy, and roadmap
• Lead automation efforts by defining standards, best practices, and reusable components
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Analyze automated test results, identify root causes, and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve issues
• Increase and maintain high automated test coverage
• Apply modern test automation patterns and engineering best practices
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate test development
• Drive quality improvements by proactively identifying risks, gaps, and areas for automation
• Support performance, API, and cross-platform testing efforts
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure high product quality and release confidence
