Rapyuta Robotics seeks a VP of Operations to lead the effort to streamline the ASRS or AMR Operational Value Stream (OVS) and accelerate the shift to integrated, end-to-end solutions.

Requirements

• Engineering foundation with strong systems thinking
• Values resonance
• End-to-end (E2E) solutions leadership at scale in a mature DX context (Automation/ERP/WMS or similar)
• Leadership in complex, on-site operations
• Native-level Japanese & English
