Job Description
Rational 360 is seeking an experienced Senior Research Analyst to oversee research deliverables, manage media and data subscriptions, and ensure consistency, accuracy, and strategic value across all research outputs.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional research experience
- Strong understanding of source research methodologies and policy research
- Demonstrated experience training staff
- Proven ability to develop research templates, standards, and workflows
- Familiarity with major media monitoring and research databases
- Excellent writing, editing, and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and sound editorial judgment
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
