Job Description
The company is looking for a Technical Trainer to develop and produce modern digital learning media and technical training formats. The ideal candidate should have experience in explaining technical content, a good understanding of digital media and learning formats, and knowledge in video production and E-Learning content creation.
Requirements
- Development and production of technical learning videos
- Concept and creation of digital learning offers for new and existing device generations
- Continuous development of training formats in the technical service and independent conduct of technical product training
- Close coordination with adjacent departments to ensure current, precise, and practical training content
- Definition, development, and monitoring of quality standards for technical training formats
- Structured handover of developed learning content to the training teams, including documentation and briefing
