Administrateur Systèmes Bureautiques (F/H)

We are committed to digitalizing the experience of travelers and operators through ticketing solutions, System of Help to the Operation (SAEIV) and Information Passenger (SAEIV), as well as Mobility as a Service (MaaS).

Requirements

• Support and assistance to users
• Handle level 1 and 2 incidents via the ticketing system
• Diagnose, analyze, and resolve material and software malfunctions
• Assist and accompany users in using office software
• Write and maintain technical documentation and user guides
• Administer and maintain the computer park (workstations, peripherals, printers)
• Install, configure, and update operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
• Deploy and manage office software (Microsoft 365 and associated tools)
• Manage user accounts and rights via Active Directory / Azure AD
• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Contribute to migration and deployment projects
• Participate in the automation of administrative tasks (PowerShell scripts, etc.)
• Collaborate with infrastructure and cybersecurity teams on transverse subjects
• Ensure a technological watch on the evolution of office tools and practices
• Propose improvements to procedures and operation processes
• Participate in standardizing practices and tools
• Capitalize on experience and good practices
