Job description
The Technical Responsible Experienced will be the technical reference for the department, ensuring the technical competence of projects and guaranteeing technical solutions proposed to clients. They will contribute to the management of technical contributors and external service providers, from the Offer phase to the Guarantee of Perfect Completion phase.
Ensure provided documents meet current standards and regulations, integrate innovative technical solutions, and guarantee the availability of human and technical resources for each project phase. Identify and manage technical risks, propose effective solutions, and establish quality control processes.
The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience, technical skills in MOE, and knowledge of railway and building engineering. They will have excellent knowledge of technical domains, ability to challenge technical teams, and strong negotiation skills.
