Job Description
We help companies get compensation right through our real-time data platform, tracking market compensation across all types. We're looking for two Lead Software Engineers to join our engineering team, bringing deep expertise in at least one area such as frontend, backend, security, infrastructure or performance.
Requirements
- 8+ years commercial experience in engineering
- You’ve inspired teams and led builds that moved the needle - zero hand-holding needed
- Ability to make senior level contributions in TypeScript, React, Node, PostgreSQL
