Requirements
- Masters or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Machine Learning, Economics, or a related field
- Strong foundations in statistics, modelling, and machine learning
- Experience with messy real-world datasets
- Proficiency in Python and libraries like pandas, numpy, and scikit-learn
- Ability to build and maintain production-ready modelling pipelines
- Balance technical rigor with practical business impact
- Communication of complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
