IT Project Manager

Raycap S.A. is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives within manufacturing operations, focusing on automation, system integration, and Industry 4.0 solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, software engineering, or a similar field
• Advanced English skills (verbal and written communication)
• Proficiency in maintaining automation systems and industrial IT/OT integrations
• Understanding of robotics (ROS), AI, and machine learning
• Advanced troubleshooting, multitasking, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in a compiled programming language such as Python, C#, VBA, Java, or other selected languages
• Familiarity with IoT, OPC UA, MQTT, or similar industrial communication protocols
• Exposure to lean manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives
