Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager at ROC is responsible for assisting the store manager with daily store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory, and employee management. Requirements

• High school graduation or equivalent
• Knowledge of retail management and people management
• One year experience in retail management, C-store clerk, or store operations position
• Experience in management, financial reporting, customer service, inventory management
• Demonstrated effective track record as a store clerk
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Skills in leadership, teaching, and motivating employees
• Demonstrated attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Demonstrated ability to effectively solve problems
