Job Description
The Convenience Store Area Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all retail activities within a specific region. This role focuses on providing high-quality products, excellent customer service, organizing store teams, and maintaining operational standards. The position requires a strong leader with a proven track record in retail sales and management.
Requirements
- Three to five years’ experience in retail management
- Experience in management, finances, accounting, reporting, customer service, inventory management, people management, and related operational areas.
- High School diploma or GED required, Associate degree preferred.
- Knowledge of retail management and people management
- Knowledge of overall effective business management
- Solid knowledge of store operations
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable means of transportation
- Ability to multi-task
