Convenience Store Manager

Raymer Oil Company is seeking a convenient store manager to oversee all store operations, sales, customer service, and employee management. The manager will be responsible for coaching, training, and motivating a team to exceed store goals and maintain a positive customer experience and ROC positive public perception. Requirements

• High school graduation or equivalent, preferred.
• Some college level courses in business, management, operations, or related field or equivalent experience.
• One to two years experience in management, retail management, or store operations.
• Demonstrated effective track record in retail sales and operations.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
