Raymer Oil is seeking a Deli Department employee to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. The role focuses on preparation, maintaining standards, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. All employees are expected to be friendly, outgoing, and willing to work well with others.

Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing personality
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally
• Ability to read and understand information and direction
• Effective communication, customer service and selling skills
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to push/pull a loaded Grocery cart
• Ability to reach above shoulders
• Ability to climb and balance on a step stool/ladder
• Ability to sustain repetitive arm and hand motion
