Store Manager

Raymer Oil Company (ROC) is seeking a Store Manager for its Granite Falls, North Carolina branch. The Store Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the grocery store, ensuring high standards of customer service, labor management, and maintaining store operations including security and inventory. They will also supervise and train other employees.

Requirements

• High school graduation or equivalent
• Five plus years’ retail grocery experience
• Knowledge of DSD/Scanning Operations
• Knowledge of front-end operations
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Good computer skills
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems
• Customer service skills
