Store Manager - Grocery

Raymer Oil Company (ROC), a division of ROC, is seeking a Store Manager for their grocery store. The Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store, including hiring, training, and maintaining standards of customer service, labor scheduling, store inventory, and sanitation. They report to the Retail Operations Manager.

Requirements

• High school graduation or equivalent
• Five plus years’ retail grocery experience
• Knowledge of DSD/Scanning Operations
• Knowledge of front-end operations
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Good computer skills
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems
• Good organization skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
• Ability to multi-task
