Requirements
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through calls, LinkedIn, and email
- Identify companies with 100+ employees that fit the target customer profile
- Engage HR, finance, and operations leaders to introduce Razorpay X Payroll
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the Account Executive team
- Maintain accurate activity tracking in CRM systems
- Experiment with outreach messaging and sequences to improve response rates
- Use AI tools to personalize outreach and improve prospect engagement
