Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven Balance Sheet & Liquidity Risk Analyst/Manager to join our Risk Management team at Royal Bank of Canada (RBC). The successful candidate will oversee liquidity risk frameworks, analyze liquidity impacts on trading and banking products, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Monitor and analyse liquidity risk metrics (e.g., LCR, NSFR, cash flow projections) to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
- Assess the liquidity impact of trading and banking products (e.g., loans, deposits, derivatives) on the bank’s short-term and long-term funding needs.
- Collaborate with Treasury, Finance, and Front Office teams to develop and implement liquidity risk mitigation strategies.
