Job Description
Lead and mentor the AP team in managing day-to-day accounting and financial operations, driving team performance, and fostering a culture of accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Lead and mentor the AP team
- Drive team performance through coaching, training, and development of junior members
- Review and approve expense claims
- Verify invoices against purchase orders and RBC policies
- Maintain robust internal controls
- Execute timely vendor payments and expense reimbursements
- Perform regular reconciliations of AP systems
- Champion process improvements and control enhancements
