Administrative Assistant- Part- Time

Administrative Assistant (Part Time) perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, providing support to managers and employees, and managing general administrative activities.

Requirements

• Answer general employee and customer inquiries in a professional manner
• Direct specific inquiries to the appropriate individual in the department
• Provide administrative support to management and other staff
• Perform general administrative tasks including but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
• Maintain and update staff vacation, travel, and project schedules
• Support department staff on project-based work as required
• Champion safety in the workplace and ensure all safety policies and procedures are consistently followed
