The Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional customer service, answer inquiries, process payments, and perform other duties as assigned.

• Organize keys and documents by internal coding system and Lot number
• Communicate with departments, teams, and customers
• Process payments from successful bidders
• Provide information about auxiliary services
• Ensure superior customer service is always delivered
• Support safety protocols
