Payroll Specialist

The Payroll Analyst manages a broad range of responsibilities, including reporting, analysis, reconciliation, and auditing of payroll across multiple legal entities and countries. The role will support, manage and analyze payroll data and ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing for 6500+ employees in North America.

Requirements

• Analyzing payroll data, identifying discrepancies, and resolving issues promptly
• Participating in internal/external organizational audits related to payroll
• Following new updated guidance on changes in payroll laws and regulations
• Managing Oracle timecards process including auditing and reporting of timekeeping records
• Processing supplemental payrolls for stock, bonuses or ad hoc payments
• Resolving all payroll discrepancies, processing adjustments, manual checks and answering escalated employee and management inquiries
• Creating HDSL data loads for all payroll elements needed for processing & partnering with HRIS for imports
• Performing year-end responsibilities as it relates to T4’s/RL1’s, T2200 Forms and any YE amendments
• Supporting audit and validation process for supplement compensation payments and work/home location
