Senior Financial Accountant

Reporting to the Manager, Accounting & Control, the Senior Financial Accountant will facilitate financial reporting and compliance for multiple RB Global entities, leading key initiatives and providing expertise to enhance business processes.

Requirements

• Review accruals, working papers, and prepare complex accounting entries
• Prepare variance analysis for complex areas on P&L and Balance Sheet
• Review balance sheet account reconciliations and provide feedback
• Review statutory compliance reporting and provide feedback to optimize and enhance
• Lead enhancements in SOX program and business processes
• Ensure timeliness of day-to-day tasks
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the Control team members
• Perform other tasks as assigned
