Job Description
The Title Specialist is responsible for securing all necessary documents to accompany applications to transfer vehicle title ownership, providing excellent customer service, and complying with state and/or buyer requirements.
Requirements
- Review and process documentation for insurance and remarketing customers
- Process incoming salvage titles from multiple states and set for sale
- Keep up-to-date on title regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Performs word processing assignments, filing and related clerical duties
- Assists with other office functions as needed
- Protects and preserves confidential, personal customer information
