Yard Attendant

IAA is seeking a Yard Attendant to join their team. The role involves working in the elements, being detail-oriented, and having a passion for cars. The successful candidate will be responsible for vehicle check-in, detailing, and operating passenger vehicles in a safe manner.

Requirements

• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Ability to work in all types of weather
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 100 lbs
• Basic automotive repair skills or experience in the rental or construction area (preferable)
• Upbeat demeanor to ensure every customer interaction is positive
