Job Description
Managing the day-to-day activities of the Community Association to ensure federal, state, and local guidelines/statutes are being followed, performing regular property inspections, and coordinating maintenance and repair to maintain the association's common property.
Requirements
- Strong management skills, customer service skills, and supervisory skills
- Available for emergency consultation 24 hours a day, seven days a week
- Valid driver's license and valid Community Association license in Florida
