Job Description
RDG is seeking an experienced architect or interior designer to serve as a doer-seller and marketing lead for wellness and recreation facilities. The role involves client relationship building, marketing initiatives, collaboration, and mentoring within a Sports team. The ideal candidate will leverage a blend of entrepreneurial spirit and strong client service to drive project success nationally.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience with 5+ years focused on wellness, recreation, and sports facilities.
- Licensed architect or certified interior designer (LEED, WELL, etc.)
- Knowledge of wellness and recreational facility planning and design.
- Demonstrated leadership and marketing experience.
- Strong past project management experience.
- Broad technical understanding of building systems.
- Collaborative experience in interdisciplinary environments.
- Strong communication skills
- Proven ability to drive marketing tasks and build client relationships.
