You’ll spend your days performing basic maintenance and repairs, assisting with diagnostics and troubleshooting, and learning how to use advanced tools and technology in the shop. All of this happens alongside experienced technicians and mentors who are invested in your success.

Requirements

• Enrolled in or attending an approved Heavy Equipment Service, Diesel Technology, or technical service program recognized by RDO Equipment Co.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA and a solid attendance record are required to stay eligible for program benefits.
• Valid work authorization and ability to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
