You’ll spend your days performing basic maintenance and repairs, assisting with diagnostics and troubleshooting, and learning how to use advanced tools and technology in the shop.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in or attending an approved Heavy Equipment Service, Diesel Technology, or technical service program recognized by RDO Equipment Co.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA and solid attendance record required
• Strong computer skills and passion for delivering excellent customer service required
• Clear written and verbal communication skills required
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment required
• Valid work authorization and ability to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship required
