Job Description
The Technology Support Specialist will provide product training support for internal and external customers, develop relationships, and maintain expertise to support customers. The position will also assist in providing extensive training for the operation and support of products.
Requirements
- 3+ years of industry experience or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer relations skills
- Proficient computer and phone skills
- Ability to travel up to 25-30%
