RDR is seeking a Piping Foreman for various projects across West Virginia, Southern Pennsylvania, and Eastern Ohio, with a strong focus on growth and recruitment, consistent travel, and supervising labor work.

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Ability to communicate effectively with Superintendent and customer
• Train and mentor crew members and ensure productivity is met or exceeded
• Maintain accurate job records including daily reports, material usage, and project logs
• Keep safety as a top priority with a focus on efficiency and production with job costs in mind
