Requirements
- 5+ years in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, GTM Engineering, or similar roles, ideally in SaaS
- Demonstrated AI fluency — hands-on experience building workflows using tools like Claude, Clay, or similar
- Deep hands-on experience with HubSpot, including automation, workflows, lead scoring, and reporting
- Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and data architecture across integrated platforms
- Proven experience building and optimising marketing systems that drive pipeline and revenue outcomes
- Strong data literacy, including funnel metrics, attribution models, and dashboarding
- Experience with integration and data platforms such as Segment, Looker, Zapier, or equivalent
