The Senior Manager, Growth will design and execute strategic initiatives that unlock efficiency, drive growth, and strengthen Re-Leased's competitive edge. This role will use AI and automation to fundamentally change how Re-Leased works internally, eliminating manual effort, accelerating decision-making, and raising the quality of output across teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience in growth, strategy, or operations roles within SaaS or high-growth tech environments
- Exposure to Sales, Expansion, and Customer motions, with familiarity across GTM systems and RevOps tooling
- Strong hands-on experience with AI and automation tools
- Ability to evaluate new technologies, build business cases, and lead successful adoption across teams
- Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end initiatives from problem definition through to execution and embedding into BAU
- Strong analytical capability, including building dashboards, reporting frameworks, and ROI models
