Our client, an award-winning Estate Agent servicing the towns within Kent, is looking for an experienced Lettings Manager to join their friendly team.
Requirements
- Must have Lettings experience
- Recent experience in a senior role managing a team
- Industry recognised qualifications (Desirable)
- Proven track record of winning business and achieving targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- IT literate with knowledge of standard letting agency software
- Fantastic knowledge of legislation, procedures and policies
- Clean driving licence and own car
