Job Description
The Operations Manager will lead the swing shift outbound production functions, directing and coordinating the activities of employees and responsible for safety development, security, and safety programs.
Requirements
- Planning, organizing, and controlling of assigned departmental operations.
- Developing staff of warehouse associates through on-job training.
- Implementing cost reduction principles in all aspects of warehouse transactions and activities.
- Overseeing stock control and processing orders.
- Maintaining standards of safety and security in the work environment.
- Ensuring compliance with company and facility policies.
- Working closely with other department heads to assure proper staffing.
