Job Description
Reading Bakery Systems is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Metal Finisher to support the finishing, grinding, blasting, and preparation of industrial bakery equipment and components.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Experience in metal finishing, grinding, fabrication, blasting, or manufacturing preferred
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to safely use hand tools, grinders, sanders, and finishing equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Basic mathematical and measuring skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability and willingness to work overtime when needed
