The Vice President of Finance & Administration will lead the company's financial and administrative operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and financial reporting. They will develop financial strategies and oversee financial close and reporting processes. The role requires 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in finance, accounting, or operational finance environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field required; MBA, CPA, CMA, or related advanced credential preferred
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in finance, accounting, operational finance, or financial governance environments
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience leading finance, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, operational administration, and financial governance functions within multi-department or multi-entity organizations
- Industry Experience: Demonstrated experience supporting operations within technology-enabled services, professional services, government contracting, or other regulated business environments
- Technical Experience: Experience overseeing ERP systems, NetSuite administration, financial reporting workflows, KPI reporting, and operational finance processes
- Certifications / Professional Development: CPA, CMA, or similar financial certification preferred; continuing education in financial leadership, ERP systems, compliance, or operational finance is beneficial
