Lead Developer

We are looking for a Lead Developer to join our team in Turku. As a lead developer, you will work with the full software development lifecycle, help your team succeed, and deliver results. Your daily tasks will include implementing new features, improving team workflows, and building relationships with clients.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant work experience
• solid understanding and experience of agile project management principles
• previous team-lead and consulting experience
• experience working with several client stakeholders to solve complex problems
• previous experience with at least one common server-side programming language
• strong knowledge of at least one common client-side language and framework
• relevant skills to create new backend services and tweak CI/CD pipelines
• know-how on databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)
• fluent verbal & written English skills
