Job Description
Real Communications, Inc. is a fabless semiconductor company seeking a Principal RF IC Design Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in designing CMOS RFIC for mobile handsets, with a proven track record of success in mass production.
Requirements
- MS in Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years' experience in design of CMOS RFIC for 2G/3G/4G mobile handsets
- In-depth understanding of deep submicron CMOS process and related circuit design issues
- Familiar with Cadence custom design tools and circuit simulator
- Solid knowledge of link budget for RF transceiver
- Solid understanding of transmission line and EM wave theory
- Experience in custom on-chip inductor/transformer design
- Experience in dealing with on-chip noise coupling issues
- Experience in PCB layout and/or IC package design
