Job Description
As a Laboratory Technician III, you will perform routine molecular biology tasks, expertly analyze DNA sequences, and independently design and execute experiments. You will have hands-on experience with state-of-the-art tools and be able to train colleagues. You will also be responsible for writing protocols, SOPs, and technical reports.
Requirements
- BS degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, or related discipline
- 5+ years of experience or Masters Degree plus at least 3+ years of experience
- Hands-on experience in Molecular Biology techniques such as PCR-based cloning, construct design, and sequence analysis
- Hands-on experience in Cell Biology techniques such as reporter cell assays, primary cell assays, assays for cell proliferation and apoptosis
