Quantitative Cellular-Biomarker Scientist

We're looking for a skilled cell biologist/immunologist to join a state-of-the-art cellular biomarker-biomeasures laboratory in PDM, Andover. The role involves performing deep immune-phenotyping and phospho-signaling assays of human, mouse, and cynomolgus cells, and requires expertise in cellular and functional assays using flow cytometry, cell culture, and other immunological assays.

Requirements

• BS/MS level education in immunology, cell biology, or related fields
• 3-6 years of experience in laboratory work in academic or industry setting
• Extensive experience with cell biological techniques such as cell culture, cell isolation from human blood and mouse tissues, immune-staining for multi-color flow assays
• Expertise in the operation and maintenance of flow cytometers
• Experience with flow data analysis using FlowJo or Cytobank
• Works well both independently and as part of a team
• Strong data organization and analysis skills
• Strong communication skills
