Requirements

• Commercial contracts review, drafting, and negotiation under attorney supervision
• Compliance and training development, implementation, and auditing
• Corporate recordkeeping and data room management
• Insurance coverage analysis, claims, broker/insurer liaison, and policy management
• General legal operations and support across various subject matters
