QA Automation Engineer (PlayWright)

Real is a fast-growing national real estate brokerage powered by technology. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated QA Automation Engineer to join our team.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright
• End-to-end working on QA cycle, test case creation, and test case management
• Review Pull Requests (PRs) for Playwright automation tests created by team members
• Ability to work individually as well as in teams
• Lead - Developing and guiding the testing procedures to ensure testing is efficient, effective, and comprehensive
• Experience working on Cypress / Playwright similar tools
• Automation Development: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using JS based frameworks e.g. Cypress, Playwright, etc.
• Experience with Git for version control and collaboration within the development and testing workflows
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript / Typescript to write and debug test scripts efficiently
• Experience working with CI/CD tools such as TeamCity, Jenkins, or similar to build and manage automated pipelines
• Experience on Mobile Testing with both Android as well as iOS Devices
• Having Performed UI/UX Testing
• Proficient in Testing methodologies, Test case creation, and Test case management tool
• Ability to transform requirements into test cases with required coverage
• Knowledge of frontend technologies
• Proficient with any test management tool and defect management tool - Youtrack/Jira is a plus
• Ability to understand and promote process improvements as needed
• Self-motivated with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A committed individual with a positive attitude and driven to succeed
• Experience with Web services (API) testing using tools like Postman/Swagger is a plus.
• Experience with Tools like Datadog for error monitoring and debugging is a plus.
