Job Description
Reality Defender is seeking a Director of People Operations to lead and scale our people function, building foundational HR processes, supporting talent strategy, and ensuring a strong, compliant, and engaging employee experience.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or related roles
- Experience in a leadership or senior HR role, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance requirements
- Experience building HR processes and programs from the ground up
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to advise senior leadership
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
