GM, New Verticals

We're hiring a Vertical GM to stand up and scale new businesses at Realm. This is a full-stack operator role that owns everything from business development to operational design and automation. You will take an emerging vertical from first deal to repeatable motion, then systematize and scale it inside Realm's platform.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in business development, operations, consulting, marketplaces, or early-stage startups
• Proven experience launching or scaling a new business line, vertical, or revenue channel
• Comfort owning ambiguous, cross-functional problems with real financial stakes
• Strong operator instincts — you ship, iterate, and fix
• Fluency in data, unit economics, and funnel mechanics
• High comfort using AI and automation as leverage, not novelty
• Clear, confident communicator with strong judgment
• Based in or willing to be in Los Angeles regularly
