Global Vertical Leader, Discrete Manufacturing

Belden is seeking a Global Vertical Leader for Discrete Manufacturing to drive Go-to-Market strategy and execution for a key industry vertical. This role focuses on developing go-to-market plans, identifying target customers, and fostering collaboration across teams. The position requires strong sales, business development, and leadership skills.

Requirements

• 10+ years building and executing sales plans at the client Executive level
• 5+ years in Industrial Automation within the vertical
• Experience leading and influencing large, cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
• Experience delivering growth via new account business development
• Experience presenting and leading executive level meetings
• Bachelor's degree in Business or STEM preferred
• Management experience with P&L ownership or marketing preferred
